Ebay is littered with counterfeit Oral-B toothbrush heads. If the price is too good to be true, they're fake. If the packaging looks like something you've never seen before they're fake. I've spent countless hours reporting these buyers to eBay's Trust & Safety Department, but it seems that department is broken. No one removes the counterfeit listings. My reports fall on deaf ears. Oral-B does not make these toothbrush heads in a 4 count pack, and most of the counterfeit packaging are in 4 count packs. Many sellers sell the fakes as a 2 - 4 count pack lot for about $12.00. That's ridiculous!! Clearly, they're fake heads. Trust me, I've purchased a package of the counterfeit heads before with intent to investigate their quality, and the bristles fell off in my mouth while brushing, and I had to go to the dentist while he plucked bristles out from behind my tonsils with forceps. That was not fun especially having to wait 16 hours for an emergency visit. It was painful, and stupid of me to knowingly use a fake product. BUY HERE, BUY SAFE!!!!
