Hard Milled Shaving Soap in Aluminum Tin - Classic High Alpine Scent, Made in Germany

This has always been terrific hard milled soap, was sorely missed around the The Superior Shave retail shop, but happy to have again.  Use with their "pflege-tonic", which has much the same lovely scent!  This hard milled tiny soap lasts a long time and it is so good they've made it for decades and never messed with the formulation, very rare for an EU shaving soap!

What makes this one good is its notable ability to melt/break down whiskers.  Also the original scent’s terrific, a classic high alpine herbal-floral.  Makes you think clean thoughts, honestly.  

These aluminum vessels for the soap are different than the ones they pair with the new cedarwood scent for some reason.  These are nicer, thicker, great helicoid on them.  I love them.  They caused a lot of fuss at the border for a new enforcement here in wonderful 2025, ‘232 aluminum’, where’s that aluminum from, how much did that aluminum portion of the SKU weigh, how much did it cost the packaging mfgr to buy that aluminum portion, how much value did just the aluminum add to the SKU (easy to figure out here because the shipping was of alone or alone + aluminum tin), where did that aluminum get forged, and where was its smeltings.  It’s a great case.  I can’t believe how hard it is to bring in now.  Kind of ridiculous if you ask me.  In any event, smoke ’em if you got ’em, you’ll want one of those alum tins to start with.  If you go search up "Fire Sale?
