Color difference exists between photos and real items due to light and screen. Natural veins and fissures are inherent stone features, not defects. Returns based on natural characteristics will not be accepted. Items are packed randomly, bead selection is unavailable.
2. Size Tolerance Disclaimer
   Manual measurement has ±0.4mm tolerance. Polished natural round beads have normal dimensional deviation, which is industry standard, not product defect.
3. Maintenance Disclaimer
   Avoid long contact with sweat, perfume, detergent and prevent tarnish. Do not drop or hit hard surfaces; stone may crack under impact. Changes of luster caused by daily wear cannot be compensated freely.
4. Operation Disclaimer
   Do not force thread through bead holes to avoid cracking. Do not clean with strong acid or alkaline liquid. Damage from re-drilling, cutting or polishing is artificial damage, no after-sales support.

   Small parts. Children under 8 must not access alone to avoid choking hazard.
6. Transit Damage Disclaimer
   Light abrasion marks may occur during transportation. Provide clear photos for after-sales verification for bulk broken beads. Minor bumps do not affect DIY craft.
7. Artificial Damage Disclaimer
   Cracks from impact, hole breakage from forced threading, tarnish caused and self-processing damage are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Tariff & Shipping Fee Disclaimer
   Buyer bears all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges for non-defect returns. We will not cover logistics costs for rejected or abandoned parcels.
