Bearings are the part to help stabilize the drill, helps keeps the drill run smooth and quiet, replace when the drill is overheating, making loud noise or notice reduced spinning speed
Cam Balls are a part of the locking mechanisms that when you twist the handle, it will lock in the drill bit.
Replacement when you lost/damage them while disassembling the handpiece or having trouble lock/unlock the drill bit.
