Returns Policy:

Nordshoe return policy allows for products purchased from Nordshoe and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Nordshoe for a refund of: 
 
1.  full purchase price actually paid      If you want to return the item because you do not like it: shipping and handling charges are not refundable . The  factory seal has to be on the jar .
 
2.  full purchase price plus shipping     If you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order.
 
Please notify Customer Service within 30 days. The return instructions may be obtained by contacting Nordshoe Customer Support via the eBay Message Center. Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Nordshoe.
