Once payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Our standard order processing time is 3 business days.

This means that your order will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days after the payment has been successfully processed. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, so orders placed on Friday evening, during the weekend, or on a public holiday will be processed starting from the next business day. If you require expedited processing, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs, though additional fees may apply.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to return an item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed. To initiate a return, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). For international returns, please be aware that customs fees and duties are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

For the safety and protection of both the buyer and seller, we strictly adhere to eBay's shipping policies. We will only ship to the shipping address provided by eBay/PayPal during checkout. To avoid any delays or issues, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date before completing the payment. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

If you notice that an error has been made with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order processing has begun. Any requests for address changes after shipment will not be entertained, and buyers are responsible for any associated costs if the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
