Do I shampoo and condition normally afterward?

Apply a generous amount of Damila Hair Mask to wet hair. Spread evenly throughout. Let it permeate your hair for 20-25 minutes then rinse with water. Use every two weeks or more often depending on the condition of the hair.

Should I wash my hair with a regular shampoo & conditioner?
