Shipping
WE SHIP FAST! Normal shipping is within 1 business day via US Post Office for any package under 1 lb. UPS or USPS will be used for packages 1lb & over, depending on location & length of time to get to the customer. A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your label is printed. Please be sure to follow your package online to ensure someone is available to retrieve the package, as we cannot be held responsible for any package that shows Delivered by the post office.
FREE SHIPPING applies to all United States, its territories and APO/FPO addresses.
If you receive a damaged package, do NOT open before taking a picture of the damages. Pictures of the actual damaged product will also be required after the package is opened. You must save the damaged packaging to be submitted to the post office per their requirements.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of purchase, however, please note that essential oils & personal care items (lotion, lip balm, soap, etc.) cannot be returned, as this is a health hazard. Therefore, if you have never tried Wild Herb's brand of essential oils, please consider purchasing the smallest size. Please contact us for a return authorization stating the reason for the return. We accept returns on unopened and unused products only. Customer must pay for return shipping.
