How To Use Brow Definer
1.Begin by exposing only a small amount of product (about 2–3 millimeters).
2.Using the flat edge of the pencil, outline the bottom of the brow from arch to tail, then fill in the brow from arch to tail using the medium edge of the pencil, finally blend using the spoolie.

1.Use the fine tip to create hairlike strokes by applying light pressure and swiping in the direction of hair’s natural growth.
