How do I properly prep the nail?

Properly prep the nails by pushing back the cuticles, cleaning the nail plate and removing any hangnails or dead tissue around the nail. Cleanse the nails thoroughly with an OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
How do I remove GelColor?

File the free edge and sidewalls to break the seal of each nail using an Edge 240 file. Fully saturate the pad of the Removal Wrap with Lacquer Remover. Wrap each finger securely and soak for 15 minutes. Push off the lifted product from the nail.
Why is my client’s GelColor shrinking?

GelColor can shrink if the application is too thick, apply thinner coats for base coat, shades, and top coat to cure properly.
I applied the 3 step system and it didn’t last 3 weeks. Why is that?

The GelColor system provides up to 21 days of wear when applied to properly prepped nails and according to application instructions
