  • The powerful formula inside our standard 30mL bottle, trial-size 15mL bottle and PRO 120mL bottles are the same - the only difference is the size of the bottles.

  • Our 15 ml bottle will last about 30 days, while our 120 ml Pro bottle will last between 90-120 days.

  • The longer you use the product, the more significant your results will be. The formula is most effective on new signs of damage; the appearance of older scars or other forms of skin damage will take longer periods of use to improve.

  • Old scars (one year or older) can be difficult to treat and results can vary based on the age and severity of the scar. However, gradual results are possible with long-term, consistent treatment.

  • If the pump is not working, please use your nail or a file to lift the silver ring at the top. The silver ring should pop off and the container with the product will slide out. Please then tighten the container to the pump. Then re-assemble.
