"As always, the answer is in the reviews. After the first product was sold, we received an issue with damaged packing, we directly changed it to a thick zip lock bag (from a thin opp vinyl bag.) When we had a less-filled issue, we decided to fill 5% more. And a plastic bottle has been changed to an amber glass bottle, with anti-spill cap (to prevent spills and mess). I always look for opportunities to get more feedback from customers and respond to it, for them, to satisfy them."
