  • Yes, Flush, Defend, and Promote are meant to be taken together and you can take them any time of day. Consistency is key for success, so we recommend taking the products at whatever time is best for you.

  • Each person's urinary tract health needs are unique. We reccomend taking the Complete Regimen which includes our Flush, Defend, and Promote products for our maximum support.

  • You can take Flush whenever you need it most, like after intimacy, and at least every 3 days, up to 3 packets per day. Take 2 capsules of Defend once daily. Take 1 capsule of Promote orally for 15 consecutive days each month.

  • Uqora is not a treatment. UTI Emergency Kit contains OTC medicine to help manage symptoms until you can see a doctor. The Complete Regimen is to help maintain urinary health. If you suspect you have a UTI, seek medical treatment as soon as possible.

  • Consult your doctor before using UTI Infection Control if you take prescription medications or antibiotics. Avoid taking with sulfonamides, anticoagulants, steroids, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (like aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen).
